GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply between Mohere Collection, company reg. no. 910416-0248, and you as a consumer (the "Customer") when you place an order via the website https://moherecollection.com/

Should the law of a country other than Sweden be applicable, the Terms apply to the extent that they do not deviate from applicable mandatory consumer legislation. Mohere Collection undertakes to follow applicable mandatory consumer legislation.

To place an order on the website, the Customer must be at least 18 years.

ORDER

In order to make a purchase via the website, the Customer must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, the Customer undertakes to comply with the Terms in full and acknowledges that the Customer has read the information on personal data and cookies as set out in our Privacy Policy.

A purchase agreement is only concluded once Mohere Collection has confirmed the Customer's order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Mohere Collection by email. If you have not received an order confirmation, or if the order confirmation differs from your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You can find our contact details at the end of these Terms.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

When ordering via the website, the prices listed on the website apply. Prices are quoted in SEK and are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately.

The Customer may pay with VISA, Mastercard or American Express. We use Stripe as a payment solution. The checkout shows the payment methods that are available to you at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING 

We offer worldwide shipping. OBS. Not yet available for American residents (US and Canada)

Delivery takes place within the number of days as describes below. If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, we will notify you as soon as possible of the reason for the delay and inform you of a new delivery date.

If the delivery is delayed without us voluntarily providing you with the above information, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the reason for the delay.

If the delay is of significant importance to you, you may be entitled to cancel the purchase. If it is particularly important to you that you receive the goods within a certain time, please notify us immediately in the event of a delay. More information about complaints can be found below in section “Complaints”.

Sweden

All shipments are sent through the Swedish postal service PostNord. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The parcel will be delivered directly to your home or your closest post office and you will be notified when you can pick it up.

International

All international orders are sent with PostNord and you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. The consumer is responsible for paying any customs fees/taxes for shipments outside of EU. VAT (Value Added Tax) or import fees are determined at local customs and are out of our control. As such, the customer will always have to pay any and all applicable VAT fees.

Domestic flat rate shipping fee: 50 SEK.

International

Shipping fee: 100 SEK

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer’s right of withdrawal is 14 days in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the ordered item by the Customer or the Customer's representative (withdrawal period).

If you would like to return your order, please email contact@moherecollection.com, before the withdrawal period has expired, and we will issue a return note for the delivery. Please provide us with order number, item number/s of the articles that you want to return. Alternatively, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal found on the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Put the return note on the parcel and return your item at your local post office. You can also send your parcel with your preferred transportation partner to:

The item must be returned within 14 days from the date on which the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to us.

Returns Sweden

Return shipping cost is paid by the Customer.

Return shipping cost: 50 SEK.

Returns International

If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any custom charges. Always make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Mohere Collection is entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and insofar as such depreciation in value is due to the fact that the Customer has handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine their characteristics or function.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, we may delay reimbursement until we have received the item or you have demonstrated that the item have been returned, e.g. by means of a return receipt.. EXCHANGES

Mohere Collection cannot administrate exchanges of purchased items. If you want to change the product, color or size, return your product as described above and then place a new order in our shop.

COMPLAINTS

The right to complain covers items that are defective or if there is a delay in delivery according to the applicable consumer protection legislation. You may then have the right to demand a remedy, re-delivery, price reduction or have the right to cancel the purchase and receive your money back. You may also be entitled to claim damages.

The Customer who wishes to complain about ordered items must contact Mohere Collection within a reasonable time from the time the defect is discovered or should have been discovered via contact@moherecollection.com. We ask you to contact us with a detailed description of the defect and follow our further instructions.

The Customer has a 3-year right of complaint. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the defect are always considered to have been made in good time. If a complaint is not made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered, or should have been discovered, and at the latest within three years and two months from when you received the item, you lose the right to claim any penalties against us.

If the product is damaged in transit at the time of delivery, the same requirements apply as for other complaints. The Customer must contact Mohere Collection within a reasonable time of the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. The damage needs to be reported to the carrier within 1-3 days. We would therefore be grateful if you report the damage within this time.

Once the claimed item have been returned and the claim has been accepted, Mohere Collection will compensate the Customer in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.

DISPUTE

We strive for all customers to be satisfied and to come to an agreement if something has gone wrong. If, despite our efforts, we cannot agree, we recommend that you turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for an independent review.

We participate in the dispute resolution process and follow ARN's recommendations.

You can also submit a complaint directly online via the European Commission's dispute mediation platform, which can be found via the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled by ARN or, ultimately, by a general court.
