HOST SQUARESPACE INC.
Our site is hosted by Squarespace Inc. They are a website and hosting company that provides an e-commerce platform which allows us to sell our products and services to you. The data about you is stored through Squarespace´s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

PAYMENT

Squarespace
Squarespace will store your credit card data If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your order. All information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After your purchase transaction is complete, the information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways are coherent with the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure a secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Stripe
If you choose to pay by credit card Stripe will receive the transaction information you fill in when you are done with your payment. They rely upon a number of legal grounds to ensure that their use of your Personal Data is compliant with applicable law. Stripe use Personal Data to facilitate the business relationships they have with their financial regulatory and other legal obligations, and to pursue their legitimate business interests. SHIPPING
